We work for the society to concoct culture, health and livelihood fervently. Being diversified, we work together with organisations and individuals to bring significant changes. “Nuakhai – Harvest Festival of Western Odisha” being an important festival of ours is celebrated in a splendid manner signifying brotherhood & unity. Nuakhai Bhetghat every year is remembered with tons of joy with our tradition, folk cultures’ from different part of Western Odisha and ethnic cuisine is always the catch.

Yes!!! We proudly speak our mother tongue Sambalpuri, a language that's sweeter than honey and richer than ghee. JPB has been effortlessly trying to promote and popularize our language, culture and tradition through various celebrations and folk & art activities. Annually many artists get the opportunity to perform along with us on Nuakhai Bhetghat at Bengaluru. We observe the “Bhasa Divas – International Mother Language Day” trying to create awareness and understand the importance of our language to preserve our root, origin and heritage among the impending generations. JPB celebrates our primary cultural festivals (Nuakhai, Pushpuni, Chadkhai, Puo-jyuntia, Bhai-jyuntia, Pakhal din) a few to say.

To strengthen our potential and build network, we work together with organisations across India and beyond to help the deprived and needy on all possible medical aids and ways. Often it is a challenge to find the right place for treatment and fooled by tricks; JPB plays a crucial role in extending our services to them by establishing a bridge between the medicals and the patient. We have a team of dedicated blood donors and social service groups actively working in ground. Considerably we help them by providing food, financial assistance and an inground support at an unfamiliar state “where they don’t know with whom to speak and what to speak”.

Juhar Parivar Bengaluru laid its founding stone dating back to the Year 1999. Our members being so long standing are placed in esteemed positions at prominent organisations within numerous sectors across the globe. This adds value on JPB to form a link between the Job seekers and the recruiters playing a significant role in referring them. We also have a vision to impart education at various levels for educating the unschooled and the under privileged families. Perpetually some of our vibrant members are sponsoring the learning via. paying the fees, providing study materials and other necessary means up to their constraints. We are soon planning for a scholarship program.
